Went to the drive-up and ordered 10 McNuggets. They were dry, chewy, cold, and the crust wasn't crisp. These criteria indicate to me the nuggets were old. Shame on fast food restaurants (especially drive-through service) that pawn off the stale, cold food that was cooked ahead and not sold to peole that will probably not complain. I guess they get away with it most of the time, because the patron has already driven off by the time he/she discovers it isn't fresh. read full review »
