Like many other complainants - I ordered a camera from this company (a canon 550d) when their "live online availability" stated it was in stock - the camera never arrived - when I phoned to discover what had happened I was told it wasnt in stock - no apology, I could either wait or get a refund The refund has still not arrived 3 weeks on - and they now refuse to return phone calls/emails and I suspect its money I will never see again.
