I purchased an item at a Hollister, which has tax on clothing. I went to return the item at the Hollister in a city that does not have tax on clothing. The cashier processed my return without returning the tax I paid on the item. When I asked them about it they flat out refused to give my the tax I paid back. The manager even laughed at me. Understandably, the tax I paid for the item is not a significant amount of money, however, it is the principle of it. I will NEVER purchase another item from this company again. They obviously do not care about customer service, just their bottom line. read full review »
