I also had a negative experience with this company. They use several different names "BODY CONTROL & FAJAS C", "Fajas on line", "Underwear Max" which creates unnecessary confusion. Their customer service is also very poor. I bought an item for $86 that was supposed to be shipped within 5 but they did not do it. Since after 3 weeks I did not received the item and they did not reply my messages, I submitted a dispute with my credit card requesting not to pay them the amount.
