Best Buy - Geek Squad had my computer for over 6 weeks! I brought my computer to Best Buy because it was running a little slower than usual. For over 6 weeks Best Buy representatives were telling me different stories regarding the problem with my computer including, virus, just needing to be defragmented, IEEE Controller, etc. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT WAS THE MOTHER BOARD!!!
