I ordered earrings for my wife for Christmas and opted for expedited delivery "guaranteed" to arrive by Christmas. As of 12/23/05 they had not arrived and Customer Service said theyd arrive "tomorrow". The did not arrive on the 24th and didnt arrive the next week either. I called again and they said they had not shipped yet but would ship "tomorrow". Tomorrow came and no earrings.
