A large item was sent to me UPS and insured. Item was packed and shipped by an authorized UPS Store and its employees. During transit, the item was heavily damaged then poorly re-packed in an effort to conceal the damage. Unfortunately for UPS, they neglected to dispose of all the the banding that was originally used to secure the boxes. While they threw out most of the banding and internal foam, they left a couple of short pieces of banding in, and on the box and recklessly taped over some remnants.
