Ordered some archery related products from them via their website on Friday. Called Monday morning to advise them to ship Fed Ex, as I live in a rural area and have no USPS delivery to my home. (Their website says those are the two delivery methods they use). I was told they couldn't specify how it would be delivered. As there was no way to guarantee I would ever even get what I ordered, I tried to cancel. I was told I would be charged 15% for "restocking".
