First and most importantly ... Eagle Windows are top quality and a very fine product! The selling/servicing company, Eagle Windows and Doors of Austin, is horrible to deal with. Eagle windows are top-end, expensive windows. From the beginning, the sales rep we worked with who has been with the company for years, was at the very least incompetent making a huge mistake that cost him dearly to correct.
