After drinking 5 12oz bottles within a two hour time period (The labelling not clearly stating that it wasn't JUST a fruit drink) I started suffering what can only be best described as heart palpatations and a shortness of breath, this continues 48hrs after the initial symptoms began. I have to ask what test have been carried out on the combination of YERBE MATE AND CAFFEINE? Has anyone else suffered any ill-effects? read full review »
