I purchased an IR repeater system through Amazon.com. The product (made by Empire Digital) was shipped by CEcompass. After I hooked it up it worked sporadically and after 3 days stopped working altogether. After I gave up trying to get it to work I attempted to get a refund. The refund was through CEcompass. There website would not take my request for several days and when it did it said I had passed the 30 refund policy. Amazon deferred to CEcompass for refunds. Bottom line: Never purchase anything from EMPIRE DIGITAL OR CEcompass. read full review »
