I've been a T-Mobile customer for 9 years without a problem until semi recently. I signed up for the T-Mobile home Hotspot last year and been having nothing but problems with it. It's really a landline phone that goes through the internet. After many calls with T-Mobile about thr drop outs and three routers later, they still want to keep trouble shooting the problem.
