I have 4 dogs that I have taken to Petsmart since 2008! The cutting is not very good, but I like the store manager and it is close by! Ever since they started going I have left strict instructions not to cut thier tails cut at all. It is the puppy hair that has been with them since day one! My daughter took my Lilo and dropped her off, When they came home my babies tail was gone! She had 2 to 3 inches of curly silky hair!
