I own a small retail store and mistakenly changed my merchant account to X-Charge because is was offered as part of my point of sale software. This was a huge mistake! In over 10 years with my bank, I never had any problems processing credit cards. Now with X-Charge my customers routinely complain that they have been double or triple charged for the same merchandise!
