I ordered this product on 2/6/09; received it on 2/8/09 and had read the online reminder to cancel this product before 14 days after order or I would be charged a $69.95 monthly order fee. I called the 866 # on 2/11/09 was told by a man speaking English w/a heavy eastern Indian accent that their servers were down and he could not cancel my order and to call back in 2-3 hours.
