Long story short. Service Magic is garbage. They tell you they are going to help you and resolve your issue but do absolutely nothing. The person I was dealing with said she would be in contact with me and I gave her the benefit of the doubt and she never got back to me a month and a half later. The fencing company All In One Fence Co, used cheap material and my stockade fence is falling down 4 months later.
