Two years ago I went to determine the cause for check engine light coming on. They give me the reason and charged me $100. I followed thru by going to Oak Brook Toyota dealers and they give me a different reason and once again I paid for the diag and got the issue resolved since most of the work was covered under warranty. Then I go back to Elmhurst Toyota and ask for a refund because their diag contradicted what Oak Brook said. After showing all of the paper work to Brian Corrigan, he agreed to refund me my $100.
