The last time I tried to add time to my phone they put my time onto the wrong phone number. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to fix that problem and had to talk to 4 different people because no one knew what they were doing. Then after I got that situation resolved, I woke up the next morning and my phone was not working. I then contacted straight talk customer service again.
