I received a letter addressed to my first name only, explaining my identification for the "Award Payment Data Release has been FINALIZED and APPROVED!" The letter included what they identified as "HOLDER OF PRIZE/REPORT I.D. 2249402088. The second enclosure was presented as a document, it was entitled "DOCUMENT OF AWARD PAYMENT".
