It has been over two months since I have had a laptop... Having full coverage over my laptop, I sent it in for repair. They sent it to the wrong place, continuing back to 2 more incorrect locations. It took weeks and many phone calls before I could find anyone to even look into the situation. A month later I received my computer and sent it to the correct location. The service has been horrible.
