I am writing to complain of the above company. I trusted them with my debt settlement. I have been in their program since October 2009 and gave them $ 474.00 a month. I t was my understanding that this money would go into a bank and when the settlement offers started coming in, the money would be drafted out for settlement. I have given them $4, 000.00 and they have only paid out one account and that was just a settlement of $700.00 on an original debt of $1200.00.
