In October 2009, I requested a refund of the system due to sever financial hardship and after 30 minutes with the Quality Department, I was sent an email guaranteeing a partial refund to assist with my hardship. It is now 13th July 2010 - 8.5 months later and after maybe 40 emails, I have still received no refund and no-one is able to help me as apparently, the only way to reach the "accounting department" is via an internal email service.
