All, I am posting my experience with Fortress Security as it will benefit everyone who reads this post. Fortress Security recently began handling their own accounting and it has been my experience that they did not transfer the records correctly. I had numerous issues from the wrong contact people listed to the wrong address for mailing communciations about my service...none of this made it to the new system.
