I have had trouble with the AT&T folks and customer service for years -- These forms are fruitless unless everyone unites to boycott AT&T. Their attitude towards the public and their customers is rude and condisending. They have no respect for anyone on the other end of a phone line and use their training aids for guidance on human interaction. Most are limited vocabulary and education.
