Ordered snow tires from Pepe to be installed. I drop the car off two weeks later at 7:30 in the morning. Five hours later I get a call and they tell me they cannot find the tires. I ask them if they checked after ordering to see if the tires arrived. I am told they do not do that. Then, after waiting the remainder of the day while they look for my tires, Pepe calls me to tell me that they had the tires all along, but just misplaced them.
