When this company bought out Brooks Pharmacy in 2007 they began to fire associates all over the warehouse because they were older and could no longer select items as fast as younger workers. The terminated associate would then be replaced by a temp to hire worker instead. Some of these associates were employed with Broooks for 15+ years only to have their career distroyed by Rite Aid.
