my son's ninetendo was mistakly sent to radio shack warranty department by mistake and they destoried the merchandise. I was told by two supervisors that they would replace it and then when the information was sent to them with the cost they declined. That DSI was 180 dollars and they did not replace the item instead they destoried it. read full review »
