Couple of young girls came to my door selling magazines, I purchased them as a gift for a friend, the next day I found my friend had a subscription already so I cancelled the order. It was within the 3 days so was supposed to get a refund, but in 4 months have not received a refund or the magazines. When I call the company during business hours there is a recording that says they are sorry you have called during business hours and have gotten this message but please call back later.
