First off, I had been very satisfied with this company for a few years until I recently returned a system for repair. It was shipped back to me missing the CPU and memory. (Celeron 433 and 128 MB DIMM) After many calls and attempts to get this situation remedied, I have finally given up dealing with this company. Even after filing a complaint with the shipping company (FedEx - who promptly paid the claim to CCS), I have yet to see any results or remuneration for the "lost" items.
