On January 5, 2006 I sent a package that contained a ring to be sized from The UPS Store# 0484 to Jam Creations Repair Dept. The mailing cost was prepaid by the vendor and I attached the pre-printed mailing label to the package. That was the last time I saw my ring. I tracked my packages progress (TRACKING# 1Z 055 E81 37 1517 889 7) and apparently there was some delivery address complications.
