I received a 20 gb ipod On CHristmas of 2004. At first I was really pleased with both the product and performance. During the summer of 2005 I began to have performance issues and the ipod had to be serviced because it constanly was freezing up. After about 5 months of this issue continueing after service, the apple store in schaumburg illinois finally replaced it for a new ipod.
