These Cybercriminals may activate a malicious programe inside the Web browser. Then, they sell worthless anti-virus protection. I fell for it...purchased the software and nothing got better. I contacted my IT person who cleared my system of the virus ( I hope). I cancelled my credit card. The next day I opened an email from cyberdefenders on my laptop and sure enough it happened again. I was told I had a virus warning. These guys are criminal and should be prosecuted.
