Since Dec 16 08 I have been trying to get a refund on a product that I thought was a free trial. They billed me the $ 5.95 shipping which iI expected. Then there was a charge of $78.84. I called and they said I didn't cancel the membership within 14 days of recieving the product. Argued about that and they said to send back product and they would refund me $55.19.
