I have been waiting 5 weeks for Geek Squad to fix my 4 month old dryer and still waiting... I called 5 weeks ago when my dryer was acting up. It took them a week to come out. When they so called diagnosed the problem, parts needed to be ordered. A couple days later I recieve a phone call that the parts are on backorder and it will be a couple more days. 2 weeks later one of the Geeks shows up and comes to find the wrong parts were ordered.
