Due to losing my job I have been unable to keep up with my payments. I fell 3 months behind. I called someone up at Nuvell, told them that I would have the 4 payments on a certain date and that they would be paid thru the current month. They said they would note my call. I went online to make the payment and could not. I then get a letter in the mail, telling me my account was a charge off and they referred me to their "Asset Collection Service" They told me to go out and make a loan or borrow the money from someone to pay them off in... read full review »
