im contractor with the department of defence and im working overseas. i came to the united states in vacation so i was checking the website to find good hotel with complete room facilities (internet, frig, makrewave, iron) and also gym and swimming pool so the o'hare garden hotel in chicago was offering these services in the room so i decided to reserve a room and i booked online for 8 nights in this hotel, when i checked in, i got shocked with what i found, non of the services that where given in the website are exist in the hotel, so... read full review »
