This complaint date and many more dates. I am a nice middle-aged female minister. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen for a company, including even places in hardened New York City! And it is consistently bad! Do you know they don't even carry a few loaves of bread on hand--you have to pre-order bread! Every gluten free bakery in the area keeps bread on hand.
