i was speaking to several diffrent reps of chase, all i was wanting was to make 2 payments at which was over 600 dollars, instead of taken my money for my mother-in-law at which they have done in the past more than once they refused to allow me to make the payments due to not being on the account and i have never asked about any account info. so they have like i said before have done this in the past for me and were very polite and and as long as i did NOT ask to make a payment and told them a certain dollar amount it was and is perfectly... read full review »
