i started with the airtel's plan of Rs.599 broadband..on 8th july'10 i posted a request for plan migration to Rs.899 plan because of my usage..they gave me a deadline of 12th july'10 before 5:30 p.m...and since then each passing day i call in their ofiice and hear the same old thing that i would take 24 hrs. more...its been 4 days above the due date and still the same response...i'm fed up with their services...they are nullifying their brand value..seriously pathetic service... read full review »
