The problem started on June 28th. As water was coming through inlet pipe, it was going out immediately through outlet pipe. So I called the call centre (at 26935544). They gave me a complaint number (376688) and said a technician would visit that very day. I waited the whole day, nobody showed up. Next day someone came, did some work with the machine and claimed that he had fixed the problem. I was in a hurry and could not check it myself.
