Encore Mktg/American Leisure have been charging my American Express care $16.95 each on Mar. 8, Apr 5, May 18, May 31, and June 15, 2010. These charges were not authorized and I have no idea what they are for. I am a 76 year old widow living in near poverty and feel I am being scammed. If these charges are not immediately removed and no more made, I will report them to the Attorney General in AZ or whatever else is necessary to stop this. This is a CRIME.
