PBE claimed to be the magazine Cat Fancy sending a renewal. I stupidly paid and then got the real renewal. PBE sent me a refund of $23.25 and kept $20.00. I get nothing--no subscription and they have stolen my $20. I know it's a small amount but multiply it by a few million. These crooks should be put out of business. read full review »
