I m using Hutch Connection from last 3.5 yrs. About 1month before suddenly the signal became weak in my office. I was unable to make or receive any calls. I compalint to hutch customer care. Everytime I was told that u will be contacted in next 24-48 hrs but i was never contacted. I again lodged a complaint after 7 days, Still nothing was done and i got the same answer. 3rd time i lodged complaint on 27 July and talked to their supervisor, Dharvender Rawat.
