This is the second time I am complaning against Mr. Abneet Khurana. Today again I called up Airtel Customer Service and the person who picked my call was Mr. Abneet Khurana. The issue was that I was supposed to submit all my documents ( e.g . my ID proof, residence proof etc.) to keep myself connected. I have done it already .
