I was called my a representative and kept receiving "hang up" calls until i decided to call to request the desist. I politely listened to the salesperson and then agreed to "try" the product. After receiving the product, I was told the 30 days trial period was soft and I should not worry about returning it later. I also was told I would receive a reminder that my trial was up so I could return it if necessary. I then received and was CHARGED for two other products.
