When I first met with American Laser Centers in December 2007, I asked the office manager if their lasers could remove blond hair. She assured me they could. So I signed up for an expensive set of hair removal sessions totaling over 2k to find out two and a half years later that I still have all the same hair I stared with. They will not give me a refund. They have damaged the skin on my face -- I look like I have Michael Jackson disease.
