After activating a new card they mailed me, their system still didn't recognize that I been using the new replacement card. So after having my 4th transaction (on 7/14/2010) declined within a month, 4th call with Authorization later, Stacy told me my new card still needed activation. But when Stacy tried to activate it, it showed up as already activated. The best excuse they came up on my 3rd call was that my account was flagged with possible fraudulent transactions.
