Signed up for their web site services, used it for a year, determined it was not effective for my business and sent a cancellation notice. Advised I missed the "automatic renewal" by 3 days so I have to pay them for another year. There is no benefit provided for an annual renewal. Even though the web site shows "monthly plans available" that is not what they mean. The only reason for a company to have an automatic 12 month renewal, without providing a discount or other benefit, is to screw the customer. read full review »
