I ordered a product on May 28, 2010 and as of July 14, 2010 I still have not received my purchase. I never even got a shipment confirmation email. I was not alarmed at first seeing as it says shipping can take up to 4 weeks and the site is supposedly based in CA and I live in MA. I have sent 2 emails with the second one saying I will contact the Attorney General to no avail, I have heard nothing from the company. I will call my bank tomorrow and see what can be done in terms of filing for fraud or at least getting a refund. read full review »
