Oh same here with Sierra Club Rental and Resales. Pay to have my weeks turned into cash. Class -action lawsuit seems in order. Heck RCI members did it and seems to ready to settle. You buy a timeshare, scammed the whole way then no recourse to get out of the deal. The verbal promises alone and fraudulent claims should be a red flag to the government and put a stop to type of contract structuring. read full review »
